I don’t have the time for a proper recap because I have to go graduate from college or something.
All I can say is: WELCOME BACK, MULE! It’s nice to see you again. He’s been racking up assists like nobody’s business, but we’ve all been waiting for a goal-scoring breakout game like this from Johan Franzen. He picked a pretty good night to do it. His line with Z and Bert was lethal. What a pleasure to watch.
This certainly felt like a bigger win than one that merely gets the Wings to 3-1. Maybe it was. If there was ever a game to turn a series around, it was this one. I’m just hoping the Wings didn’t do all of their producing last night. Let’s hope they have some tricks left up their sleeves tomorrow night.
